How To Find Antique Barber Chairs

Vintage Barber Chairs are becoming pretty well known nowadays. And the truth is there are not so many available nowadays, that means you can't just expect to get a good bargain after a5 minutes research.

But first of all... what makes a vintage barber chair so special? Maybe you even had one when you were young and you threw it away, or sold it for a few bucks. You might want one to place in your new opened business. Maybe you're just a merchant, and you are looking after a good deal to make some money out of it. Try renewing one, that can get you a good deal, maybe even getting 200% of the price you paid for it , sounds good, doesn't it?.

But it won't be easy to find one today. Maybe you have a friend who wants to get rid of one barber chair, and you can do him a favour.... You can also look for online chairs for sale. Be careful when you research online, make sure you can see the real condition for the chair.

We have to go back over a century to trace the first barber chair. It was in the early 1900s when Koken, a German born new American designed the first one. He got it patented and made a fortune out of them. You should also get to know different styles, qualities, designs, materials, etc.

Material, actual age... will give you the price. The price will probably be between a few hundred dollars to thousands.

But, hey, I am sure you will be proud of your new acquisition.
